Wondering if you have the worm already? One surefire way to tell is, after completing the download that was suggested above, run the full scan that Microsoft included. Now, if you have not done the download, it may take several hours -- depending on your PC -- to complete a full scan. This scan will let you know how many, if any, infected files that your computer may be harboring.
If your computer is found to be infected, and the removal tool did not help, this is where your PC support company comes in. They can identify and remove the threat from your PC. What you need to do first, without hesitation though, is alert your bank of the intrusion.
Second, you will have to change your passwords, using a non-public computer, that you know is not infected.
Third, you must check all of your bank statements for suspicious activity.
For future protection against such attacks, we suggest that you :
